so i'm leaving this sunday, which is a whole seven days away, and i'm already ready. ok so my bags arent zipped and locked but i just have to add the two shirts that i just got back from the wash and my toothbrush/brush/etc and its done. so basically, i'm ready. this may not seem like a big deal unless you know me and my family. this has never happened before. ever. so of course it's making me panic and doubt my readiness. am i sure i have everything?? i'm gonna be gone for three whole months. i cant afford to leave anything here. okay so yes, i can, but still... i dont want to.
since we moved to our new house over there we have been forced to use our neighbor's internet connection... which sucks, but most places make you have a year contract to set up the dsl line and there's really no point in getting that when we're here all year. but my dad recently got an email promoting a dsl connection for three months. talk about kismet. he's looking into it, and if it works out then we'll actually have a reliable-ish connection. i'm excited.

thats craziness, i remember last time we traveled, i was at six flags the day before we left to sudan, and i came back like 9pm to pack up. stupidest idea ever. i forgot everything, the bag was 20 lbs overweight, and i didn't sleep at all not even when i got on the airplane.

lol anisah one time was so late that she forgot to pack her clothes into the suitcase before they were taken to the airport. like any of them. she had to bring them all in a big carry-on. it was hilarious.
